Welcome to the Front Page, the digital cover of the Wayne Press.  Here we will share with you things that can't be captured in our newsletter--videos, music, color photographs--as well as articles that reflect on faith and life.

Lent, Day 26

At our class on Unbroken on Sunday, Joe Modica made reference to a psychiatrist named Gerald May.   It reminded me of this quote by May that I have long enjoyed: “Keep risking that your heart’s desire is trustworthy. There is always another, deeper step you can take toward more complete trust.  It will be this way until every act of every day is simply sacred.  It may not feel like enough; sometimes it feels like nothing. But it is sufficient because it is real.”

God invites us to a deeper trust.  Some days God opens doors that allow us to move towards a deeper trust in God, and other days God seems far from us.  Wherever we find ourselves this day or this season, let us trust that every act is sacred and God is always there.
