The Front Page

Welcome to the Front Page, the digital cover of the Wayne Press.  Here we will share with you things that can't be captured in our newsletter--videos, music, color photographs--as well as articles that reflect on faith and life.

From NPR to WPC

Maybe you missed NPR's Weekend Edition this Sunday morning?  If so, click here and listen to this uplifting interview with authors Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn.  Authors of Half the Sky, these two authors have a new book out about how to change the world.  (I know, pretty impressive, huh?!)  They tell stories of ordinary people all around the world who are doing their part to make the world a better place with bold acts of transformation and little acts of opening doors.  They inspire readers to do the same.

We are thrilled to announce that Pulitzer Prize winning author Nicholas Kristof will be at Wayne Presbyterian Church on Monday, November 3 at 7:30pm.  He'll share some of his experiences and some of the powerful stories from his new book.  Following his talk, you'll have a chance to buy his new book and have it signed.

Save the date.  Tell your friends.  And start thinking today about how you might change the world!
