Welcome to the Wayne Presbyterian Church website. It is my hope that the different pages of the site will draw you into our church's life, ministry and mission. These pages are designed to answer your questions about our church and perhaps even trigger new questions which I hope are also answered here. May this site bring you more fully into our congregation and into a closer walk with the Lord.

Visitor/New Member Orientation Classes are
generally held every other month.  

If you have been visiting and would like to know more about the church, or are ready to transition into membership, plan to be with us to fellowship with other visitors and participate in an introduction to the church's ministries of worship, mission education, and fellowship.

Many orientation classes continue short-term or long-term as small groups to study scripture together, pray for each other and support one another through life's joys and difficulties.

Calling all Visitors "Come and Consider" Membership Class

The next class is on September 26th, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., Fireside Room. Join us for lunch and an overview of Wayne Presbyterian, its ministries of worship/music, education, fellowship and mission outreach, and an understanding of our connection to the Presbyterian Church (USA) denomination. Meet others with similar life experiences and begin to form friendships within the church. Call Rev. Dr. Anne Clark Duncan at 610-688-8700, x221 to reserve your space, and/or to let us know if you'll need childcare during the meeting.

Weddings at Wayne Presbyterian Church

We offer ‘marriage preparation' classes for those planning to be married at Wayne Presbyterian or by Wayne Presbyterian pastors. The classes give engaged couples an opportunity to learn ‘best practices' for communication, conflict resolution, and celebration of life events in a new family that's blending two sets of traditions.

The classes are sponsored by the Family Ministries committee and facilitated by pastoral counselors and licensed marriage and family therapists. They are typically offered twice a year - in the spring and fall.
